Rent‑to‑own means you purchase a new vehicle but pay it off through monthly rental instalments. This allows you to spread the costs over time, without having to put a large sum of money on the table at once. You also avoid having to apply for a bank loan, which saves you additional costs. On top of that, you don’t have to pre‑finance the full VAT amount — you simply pay the VAT included in your monthly invoice.
If you choose a used van, you will need to pay the full amount upfront. The total price may be slightly lower, but keep in mind that you’re paying for a vehicle that already has mileage, is usually less fuel‑efficient, and will likely require more maintenance than a brand‑new van.
